After 10 minutes of waiting, you're "allowed" to leave them a voicemail with name, number, microchip ID, etc. I have done that a few times, but nothing back from them. Do not do business with this company.
I didn't even finish my sentence where I was apologizing for choosing the wrong department, when they hung up in my face. Once they have your money, they ghost you. I got my new pet microchipped and the vet gave me this brochure with the tag.

This company is a joke and I will not waste my time with them any more. Spent three days trying to register the tracking chip with them. Their web site is down and has been for the past three days, and no one answers the phone. After reading these reviews, I now know why I cant get through to them. They simply don't care about providing any kind of service. I stayed on hold for 2 hours on that line just to see if anyone would pick up.

I contacted them directly, 6 months ago, to complain about the deteriorated service and its no better than it was back then. I will not be renewing this service that I have previously lauded. Take Me Home Pet Rescue was founded in 2008 to meet the growing needs of the homeless pet population. Take Me Home has saved over 3,300 animals with a budget of just $250,000 per year. Did a little research and found the chip can be register for FREE on 24PetWatch, where I have my other pet registered.
This not only doesn't make me happy that my vet sent the brochure (Do they get a kickback?) but it's a such a waste of money. Do your homework before registering with this company. Today, only 3 to 4 percent of dogs, and less than 1 percent of cats, arriving at U.S. shelters are microchipped.
We're always seeking volunteers to assist with animal care shifts, admin work, and adoption events! No matter your talents, we can use your help. I'm having the same issues that everybody else is having.
These people need serious psychological help. Their customer service takes a long time to come on the phone, and when they do, they have no authorization to help. This type of underhanded business practice is nothing short of thievery.

I figured it might be a "worker shortage" , but this is how they have composed themselves for years now. They won't answer the phone, won't answer email. I had to try a different department and finally got somebody on the line.
